Growing method: Organic, Biodynamic since 2012

Grape Variety : Sangiovese 80%, Malvasia Nera 20%

Training system: spurred cordon

Hectare production: 25 quintals of selected grape per hectare

Cluster selection: manual field selection plus manual cellar selection

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks; maceration on the skins for about 10 days;

Ripening period: 12 months in french oak barriques;

Bottle ageing: at least 12 months

Bottle production in the 2011 vintage: 2500 of 750 ml bottle
