Vineyard altitude: between 300 and 450 mt above sea level

Soil Composition: variable texture from clay to clay-sandy, with galestro presence

Vineyard Location: South-south west exposition

Growing method: Organic, Biodynamic since 2012

Grape Variety : Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano, Malvasia

Training system: spurred cordon

Hectare production: 40 quintals of selected grape per hectare

Cluster selection: manual field selection plus manual cellar selection

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks, temperature not over 18°C

Ripening period: 8 months in stainless steel tank, 2 of which moving on its yeasts;

Bottle ageing: at least 2 month

Bottle production in 2013 vintage : 1200 of 750 ml bottle
