    A WHITE YOU DON’T EXPECT!

    Made from 100% sauvignon blanc grapes, our Orblanc is the one wine that made a wife and husband agree. Deep golden with hints of typical Casentino resins, with a rich, lingering mouthfeel.

    Vinification: Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel, with controlled temperature.

    Maturation: 12 months in raw French oak tonneaux

    Aging in bottle: at least 4 months

    Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, our Orgris is a coppery wine with an extremely lively and fruity nose and a tasty mouthfeel.

    Vinification: Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, with controlled temperature. 3 days on the skins.

    Maturation: 8 months in concrete tanks.

    Aging in bottle: at least 1 months

    Our most representative wine produced with The Grapes of the glorious Old Vineyard. Each vintage is a pleasant discovery, characterized by notes of fruit and spice and a structured body that make it the ideal wine for Sunday lunch at grandma’s.

    Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in steel. On the skins for about 20 days

    Maturation: 12 months in French oak tonneaux and 6 months in cement tanks

    Aging in bottle: at least 12 months

    Our little gem.

    A unique and rare wine of which we produce very few bottles and only in the best years, with grapes from the most clay-rich area of the old vineyard. A powerful, long-living wine.

    Vinification: Fermentation in open tonneaux, on the skin for 25 days

    Maturation: 24 months in French oak tonneaux

    Aging in bottle: at least 24 months

    Excellent and particular expression of trebbiano and malvasia coming from the Old Vineyard with some moscato.
    Transversal and dynamic white wine, to be enjoyed during an aperitif, but also from any meal to accompany fish dishes even rather structured or white meats.

    Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperatures
    Maturation: 15 months in cement tanks
    Aging in bottle: At least 3 months
